Hi,

I’ve thought up a name for a movie (That I want to make “home-made”) that hasn’t been taken in the movie industry. How can I TM that to myself, can I use a domain name?

For example, lets say the movie name was “Hello” if I purchased the domain “HelloTheMovie.com” and made a “coming soon” on it, can someone from the movie industry claim copyright of that name in the future? Even though I’m already working on a home-movie named “Hello” and have purchased a domain name to?

I don’t think you can trademark movie names, the reason I like think that is because there are tons of movies with the same title and no one asked permission to use anyone else’s title. Like Crash for example.
