I would like to produce a movie. However, I don’t have the monies that I would need to make this happen..

If I am to create a trailer for this film.. would it be enough to sell my idea?

People go to school for years to learn how to make movies. Without that no one is going to pay you to produce one. You might be able to sell the idea though.
