Ipod to Computer Transfer Program?

Question by HHA93: Ipod to Computer Transfer Program?
I need a application that will transfer all my stuff on my ipod to my computer. No Trial crap that will make you upgrade or anything. Some freeware. I’ve downloaded 10 but they all will make you upgrade otherwise it will only trasfer 1 a day. I have 2200 songs and 20 movies. HELP!!!

Only know iDump is free. Have you tried it? But it does not support iPod Touch. I personally used Tansee iPod Transfer http://www.gutensoft.com/Utilities/Tansee-iPod-Transfer.htm
Many of my friends are using it for its easy and safe transfer.
More importantly, it won’t overwrite any original files on your iPod. And all song names are preserved. This is quite a special feature it ensures. It needs a small fee, but I think it’s worth it.
