Sites like ThePirateBay with millions of movies to download makes it so there is no need to buy DVDs. Is this really killing companies like Warner bros and MGM. I would like to see a graph of how much their revenue has gone down in the last 10 years.

No, but bad movies and a mixture of piracy are, because who wants to pay for shit?
