I have Windows movie maker on my PC and am pleased with the results but am willing to try a different softwear if there is something substancially better.THANKS <><

I use and recommend a free program http://www.irfanview.com make sure to get the extra add on. This will allow you to do what you seek and a whole lot more like custom screen savers and such. Hope this helps
