THIS IS GOING TO BE LONG, SO PLEASE DON”T STOP AND STARE AND PLEASE HELP!
Every 2 minutes my programs on my PC goes to (Not Responding) for 5 mintues. Over the course of trying to write this it wen to Not Responding over 40 times. I’ve been trying to write this since 2:35 am. I have have 2.00 GB Memory. OS(C:) 178 GB free of 283 GB, Recovery (D:) 7.53 GB free of 14.6 GB. I have tried Ca, Microsoft Essentials, CCleaner, and Disk cleaner to make more space in the computer.

I know you don’t want to uninstall anything. But there could be zillions of things that you haven’t mentioned present in your computer that slows it down. My recommendation would be to take a backup, and restore your computer to “new” status and reinstall the software you need.
This is how you’ll get the most performance back without spending hours and hours trying to find the issue.
