I am wanting to make a cartton and make it on Windows Movie Maker 6.0 is there any easy software that you can you to make a cartoons and then place them on Windows Movie Maker and then edit etc. And i need sound effects any good websites best answer get 10 points and 5 stars

I forgot the names of websites for sound fx but when i used to do that i would use pivot to make animations. Google “pivot download” and u should find one fast
