I’m looking for a fairly inexpensive, semi-professional movie editing program for my sony vaio. I bought my lap-top last year and have long since grown out of windows movie maker. I’m looking for something with more effects and more user control. I want to be able to add more audio tracks and create more professional looking titles. I also want to be able to put different video clips on one screen at the same time, and put a picture onto a video. I want to rewind clips too. And several more things. Something that edits green screens. I’d like to be able to split clips down the middle so I would be able to make me look like I’m talking to myself (you know how people do that?) I just want a gaggle of new effects. Thanks so much.

try Ulead version 10 (I don’t know if there are any other versions). It is a good movie editing software. And it is simple too.
