My wife & I have new movie making software (Magix Deluxe 2008 Plus) on our computers. My PC (w/ XP) plays all video files on Magix. I have no problems, but my wife just rebooted Vista back onto her PC from a crash. Her Magix software will not allow her to import videos, though pics, gifs and audio will. She tried renaming the video files, and verified “Properties” of the files to make sure the “Read only” is unchecked.
She made a test video with Magix and that video has been the only video to sucessfully import.
Any ideas of what she can change?
