Ok so for my class we have to make a movie trailer. We want to make it funny but at the same time make it an A, were thinking between a romance story in hawaii or man falls in love with himself? pick one or make up your own and it has to do something about hawaii or water or surfing n stuff and please leave tips on how to make a movie trailer

Maybe one of those surfing movies would be good.

For a trailer, make sure you start the trailer at a slow pace, then as it progresses, the pace speeds up as well. If it’s not an action film make sure it doesn’t speed up that much. Anyway, make sure you have some shots where it just shows the setting, or just a character turning his head. Those shots are important. After that you can shoot some of the interesting bits. Also, you should have a character talk in the trailer. His voice can be in the background, and then it cuts to him talking. Or you can have a narrator, but make sure you get someone with a relatively deep voice.
