does anyone remember a movie where there are these two kids whose faces freeze while making funny faces at another kid?

Their faces freeze after someone taps them on their back.

i can’t remember what movie it happened in.
I remember it was a comedy movie.

That’s the only thing I can think of where he does mischievous stuff in. Is this supposed to be a scary movie?
