When someone makes a movie or video game review (or any other media in this chase) how does one stay legal with it and follow the fair use law? I try to do research on fair use, but its so confusing that I might as well just ask.

Fair use is not clear cut – just play it safe and use only very short clips from movies if you are reviewing them.
