Our house listed on 3/7/10 and we have had a lot of traffic but no offers. My home is priced $ 30K less than what is selling in my neighborhood however is just as updated if not more. We have dropped the price 3 times. It is advertised on the area’s MLS system along with a dozen other websites and newspapers. We have had 2 Open Houses. The first, no one showed, and the second 2 people showed. I am looking for constructive responses.

BTW-My home is walking distance to Historic Bethlehem, PA. On Main St. there are cute shops, pubs, and restaurants. The road is all brick and there are 2 Ivy League colleges in walking distance. Is there a way to advertise to the rich college parents? They can buy our house and have their kids friends rent it during the semester….is that common?
