So I got a new camera for Christmas. It’s an HD camera, and I couldn’t wait to start shooting videos. So my friend and I got together to make a video that we’ve had planned for a very long time. We went out and shot it, and the playback was perfect. I come home and put the clips that we made on the computer and as it turns out, the camera shoots only in Quicktime instead of wmv format. Windows Movie Maker wors fine with my other low quality camera, but clips in Quicktime don’t work on WMM.

Is there any software I can find online for free that a) won’t give my computer a virus, and b) works with editing Quicktime videos.

LOL! More of Apples incompetent software. First thing on my list would be get rid of the garbage camera!
