Assuming you will be getting your music videos from tube sites such as youtube and the like, you will first need a flash video downloader like the free Ant Video Downloader which works for IE and Firefox:

Then, you would need an external codec like the free K-Lite codecs pack to enable your media player and movie maker to recognize FLV movie format:

Once you have everything setup, you may import your flash videos to Windows Movie Maker. If you have Vista or 7, you may use the latest version of Windows Live Movie Maker 2011:
