how can i take a video and then stop it and turn it into pictures wherever i choose for instance i take a video of someone doing a jump and while in the air turn that into a picture.
and also is it possible to do this using windows movie maker? if not how can i do this? is there any free online software i can use?

I have yet to figure out how to do that correctly, but if I’m ever desperate to do that, I pause the video, and take a screenshot, and then crop it in paint.
just the way I do it, sometimes. you’ll probably get better answers than this
