Question by Terra: How can I transfer my camcorder tapes to digital files on a PC?
I am trying to figure out how I can make a 5 minute highlight reel for my twins’ first birthday from my video tapes. I think I have to first transfer my tapes to digital files, then use movie making software to create the video. Is there one software package I can buy that allows me to transfer my tapes into digital files and then make a movie with the same software? I’m not very technical, so ease of use is paramount! Fancy features are a bonus, but basic and easy is best for me. Thanks!
