How do I make a short clip I downloaded from YouTube or from a movie into an animated GIF? What tool do I need?
I have a clip from a movie I need to cut up using a free movie editing tool and I need to turn it into a GIF using another tool. Any help?

There are several programs available, but sadly you wont be able to find a free reliable one.
The best by far in my expirience is ulead gif animator.
