I want to make youtube videos and put music in the background ect. but i ca not because it comes up as quicktime which cant be imported into movie maker. can someone tell me how to convert it easy and free, add music using quicktime, or changing my the video in my camera into something that can be imported to movie maker

Chances are your camera only shoots in Quicktime format.

What you need is a mov to wmv converter. You can try this online converter:
http://media-convert.com/

You can also download free converter programs, but I can’t recommend one specifically, because I don’t know which computer operating system you are using (Vista or XP or ?), but you can find one yourself by googling:

(your operating system) + quicktime to wmv converter
