I’m doing a business project for school and have to figure how much I would make yearly and how fast I could pay back my loan. Please help!

There are A LOT of variables in that equation:
Size of the town/city it is located in
Are they set up for digital or still receiving prints
What is the mark up of the vendors
How many employees
How many screens
Theaters generally do okay but not phenomenal it all depends on how tight the owner is with money. Most of the ticket sales go to the studio for use of the film. When I worked at a theater it was 1300 a week to have LOTR there. Owners usually make up the slack by hiring teens for minimum wage, and no benefits of any kind for management. Not to mention a bag of popcorn seed ten years ago cost 50$ and makes back around 700$
As far as your project goes, you can take my “Variables” and swing the numbers however you would like.
