Well it totally depends on what you want to do with it. If you just want to through a few videos on a dvd and maybe put a dvd menu in there I would go with iMovie, although I don’t think they make that for windows if you are a pc user. But if you really want to get into video editing and doing some crazy stuff with videos I would go with Adobe After Effects. You can do amazing things with that software that will blow your mind.
