I saw a preview for the Princess and the Frog, but I had heard about a year or so ago that Disney no longer had it’s animation department. What is this?

While for all intents and purposes Pixar is now running the Disney animation department, the studio has not totally given up on hand drawn productions, for that would be like tap dancing on Walt Disney’s grave.
But even Walt was starting to explore new technological developments before his death, so I doubt that The Princess and The Frog will be 100% done by hand.
