Q&A: I’m making a movie, and I need help with audio?
Question by Meg: I’m making a movie, and I need help with audio?
So I’m making a home movie, a class reproduction of The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. My video camera is simple, an s230 Nikon Coolpix, but I have no microphones or anything for sound and audio.
Where’s the best place I can get a boom microphone or hidden microphones, the ones that actors hide in their shirts and it amplifies their voices? And any suggestions on making a movie, I’ll take. If my camera isn’t good for making this, please tell me.
I’m on a low budget, so keep it cheap.

Go to bhphoto.com, to look for a lapel mike for around $ 14. For a boom mike you can maybe find an affordable package around $ 200 on EBAY.
