In your experience, what’s the best software to use to edit home movies with?
I make tons of home movies and I’d like to put credits in and all that. I also make some music videos and I’ll need to be able to cut out the sound of my own video if I need to.

Windows Movie Maker is free, but if your willing to spend a little bit for a better product I recommend Ulead Video Studio, Adobe Premiere Elements or Sony Vegas. You can even download a free fully functional trial of these products to see which one will meet your needs the most.
