Q&A: Is the new Death Note movie going to be in 3D?

Question by Flynn: Is the new Death Note movie going to be in 3D?
It says on wikipedia there is a new DN movie in the making, it doesn’t say anything about it being filmed in 3D but since almost all movies are now there must be a good chance it is right?
Also, does anyone know if it will be filmed in japanese with english subs? Or just dubbed over?

There’s hardly any information about the Death Note movie except that it’s planned to happen and will be directed by Shane Black. As for 3D, who knows? Like I said, there’s little info about it. It’s more likely that it won’t be in 3D though since Death Note wasn’t all that effects-heavy in the first place. Also, most movies aren’t in 3D. Usually, the only ones in 3D are animated movies and big-budget action movies. As for the language of the film, neither. The film is going to be an American film; no subs or dubs, it’ll be in English from the start.
