Whats the best? I have Windows XP and i already use windows movie maker but i want to be able to burn dvds and make title screens and add more effects to my videos than Windows movie maker offers.

Sony Vegas is a pretty awesome movie editting software from what I hear but I don’t know about burning. Sony Vegas also costs a lot I think.
