I bought a Cect i32 yesterday and everytime I try to make a call it says “CALL FORBIDDEN” can anyone help me I coulnt find anything in the manual to help me. Also does anyone know how to get songs and movies on the Cect i32. Thank You

prolly buggy… a lot of the ones from Ebay are like that.. i am guessing it is not really a quadband phone.. also, the D990i Sciphone may be what you need… quadband, and with java so you can add 3rd party apps for free – http://www.chinagrabber.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1607&HS=1
