I want a camera/camcorder that I can use primarily to upload to Youtube. I’m looking for something…
1. GOOD IMAGE AND SOUND QUALITY! not like professional, but as close as you can get without going over about $ 150, which I know isn’t a lot.
**this includes not including a TON of background noise as well as being blurry/going in slow when the camera is being quickly moved around
2. easy to use, edit, and upload to Youtube
3. is compatible with Youtube and most common editing software (Sony Vegas, Windows Movie Maker,ect.)
4. Can be brought outside without the wind making a huge racket
5. try to go below about $ 200
So, what do you think of the Flip Cameras? Yes or no? Which one? If not, what other camera would you suggest I get?

I have one right now and they are very easy to use and are VERY reasonably priced. We use it on vacation in the tropics, at sports events (in rain), and during family parties with lots of background noise. It already has a USB attached to it, so you will never have to worry about losing the USB chord, and all you have to do is plug it straight into the computer!
