Was there anything that went wrong that went wrong when they were making the movie that is note-able?

Yeah,

The first actor they cast to play Neo didn’t accept the script and all actors were lost; the actor was too perfect. So they had to a so-so actor to play Neo. Hence, Keanu Reeves
