You’ll need editing software. Adobe premiere pro works great if you’ve got the money. ($ 500) Make sure your computer is fast and can support the minimum requirements of your editing software. 2+ ghz and 1gb of ram should be sufficient although more is better. If you want to do a really nice job, you will need some lights and a basic understanding of how they work, but you can use cheap lights (the one painters and plumbers use, you don’t need the expensive ones that cost thousands) Last time I did a voice over I ran a Karoke machine into my PC and it worked fantastic!
