Question by Dude N: What is a specific flash program for making movies like on newgrounds?
I KNOW this has been asked plenty of times, but I have no idea which Flash to buy. I don’t want anything professional that costs $ 699, just something simple. What SPECIFIC and SIMPLE Flash program do I use?

Adobe Flash is not a cheap program, and those videos are made with Flash for the most part.

There may be other programs out there that attempt to imitate Flash, but you will not get anywhere near the same results.
