I am looking for a FREE editing software that would have the effect to change a normal video into a movie-like video e.g. change the darkness, change the face tone etc. IT HAS TO BE FREE! OR A FREE DOWNLOAD.

That’s a lot to ask for FREE. Movies are not made for FREE and if that were an option I’m sure Hollywood editors would jump at that. I’ve used Adobe Premiere and now use Final Cut Pro. If you want “movie quality” and need to change color values and tones, etc. Then you need something of cost. Even Premiere Express will help you out.
