Question by Geremiah: What is the cheapest camera to make a movie with?
I am making a low budget horror film and would like to know what camera would be the best without breaking the bank, my limit with that is $ 400

well…that is super low budget
you might have to search around to find these cheap but here are some recomendations:

Canon Rebel T2i: excellent dslr, great in low light, HD

Canon HV20: MiniDV, great HD, very reliable, nice film look
