Question by Justin: What to film? Short Movies…..?
Okay. I wanna make a short 5 – 10 minute movie film. From, some1 driving a car, to maybe idk. That’s my question. I want some ideas on WHAT I SHOULD FILM. I have NO CLUE. Please help. I love making movies/short films to post on youtube. But, I have ran out of ideas. I know how to write scripts, but I dont know what to write. I have NO people that will be in my next film. I have a dog, house, cars, boat, ect. Thats about it for now. Some1 please help. If you can include a short script like answer with ur fav song that sounds like it might fit ur script.

Had a project like this back in HS. No plot, no actors, no budget (no money) and not a lot a time (1 week). Got my neighbors and their families to help and borrowed the money for film and camera equipment from a rich uncle. I wrote the script, which ran with 3 locations: The local Mall, HS Football stadium and a graveyard. Since I was filming at public areas I didn’t need a permit (and I also did most of the filming late, late at night). I shouldn’t really call it a script since it was more of story board that had a basic plot that my volunteer actors filled in with their own dialogue (akin to what they do in RENO 911). Almost by sheer luck it all worked out fine (I got an A and I am told the film is a teaching tool for students from that class back @ my old HS). My advice to you is set up everything in advance and have flexibility when it comes to your direction and editing…Good Luck!;-)
