RPG Maker VX Tips and Tricks 1 – Fonts

Even the best of us RMVX users might not know this handy little trick. You may have noticed that in the English version of RMVX, the default font doesn’t quite fit properly, even though there’s an arrow to indicate how far you can type. Well, a problem like that is easily fixed with these two simple lines of code. Font.default_name = [“fontname”] Font.default_bold = false You can mix and match, leave bold on, change italics, anything! But a good thing to point out would be MAKE SURE YOU USE A COMMON FONT.
