sharing Links in forums?

I am making a Community Portal(Forums).Where People can share anything they have.Just want to know If they share any movies link or some software links on the forum, will it cause any trouble to me.

1) Sharing files: Allowing them to upload files requires extra attention. The last thing you want is someone executing malicious code on your webserver. Another issue is that someone might automate the process of uploading files to your server hence comsuming space. You have to take extra care when users register etc…

2) You must also make sure about the copyrights laws in your country. What if the users violate the copyright laws?
