Should all arguments about history be able to give their side of the events even the holocaust? ?
Question by jbinvestigators: Should all arguments about history be able to give their side of the events even the holocaust? ?
Should people be able to argue every event in history, but for it to be illegal to qesution the holocaust. They put poeple in priosn for questioning the holocaust in Germany. If someone said Custer’s Last Stand didn’t happen the way they say or if someone says The Civil War didn’t happen the way they say or The Revolutionary War didn’t happen the way they say there is no problem, but if you say you want to debate the holocaust or something they say about the holocaust doesn’t seem kosher it is illegal. In Germany you get five years in prison. Do they do this to silence people, because they might have something that might hurt their case? Because they sure don’t mind making movies day in and day out about it.

I think Germiany is overdoing it a bit, to try to seem to make up for the Holocaust and right now they are passionately anti Nazi. Did you know it is also illegal to sing or share songs that show war as brave or show approval for Nazism. you can also get something like five years or a huge fine for singing the Horst Wessel Song. I think everyone, even perhaps Nazis should get a say if they are fair to others that have their say.
