So my little sister has recently fell in love with creating short videos of random things with her friends and then editing it on her mac. She’s currently using an old video camera that she got 2 years ago so the video quality is pretty grainy and not good.
Her b-day is coming up, and I wanted to buy her a new video camera that has good enough quality to make better looking videos.
I don’t want to spend more then $ 250 dollars, so if anyone has any suggestion for a good quality video camera that is under $ 250 would be great

The Flip UltraHD is pretty good for point and shoot video because it has HD.
