UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ!!! I’ve just tried doing the same thing in the sims3 and it works! The technique is exactly the same as the sims2 only you enter a different cheat. its constrainfloorelevation false no bool prop. As the title says. This video shows how to build a pool, and place windows on the walls so you can see inside. This is just a video demonstration of the process.
