Briefs | Bike to work in winter
Registration is now open for the city’s third annual Winter Bike to Work Day, which will be held from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19. Breakfast will be served at eight locations, and participants will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
