Tips on making it to Broadway?

Question by jb: Tips on making it to Broadway?
I am an aspiring actress. Im currently a college student but I don’t like my school’s theater department at all. However, I’ve been auditioning for other plays and productions outside of school. (community theater) I just scored a part in a musical which will be performed next month. I’ve always wanted to be a movie star, but lately I’ve been thinking a lot about going on broadway also after I graduate college. If I decide to do Broadway, what is a good approach to making it on broadway? Another question: I am currently majoring in french and minoring in drama. I am one of the only french majors in my school. Do you think these studies will help me in my career as an actress?

It will certainly help you if you want to do foreign films. Believe me, the more you can do the better off you are.
