Video Editor?

I am looking for a free, or widely available (not online) and cheap Video Editor that offers frame by frame editing. I have my own movie making and burning software so that does not need to be included.

your not gonna find one free, and if you get it cheap, it’s gonna be cheap. I recomend looking around on several sites to see what’s out there and to get a good idea of a price

fyi, your not gonna get better than the stuff apple makes. unfortunely, it’s only on apple computers.

And trust me, it’s good. one of my friends works at our town’s (lockport, ny) tv studio, LCTV, and that’s what they use.
