What application should I download for a mac if I’m making a graduation movie?

Question by Easton: What application should I download for a mac if I’m making a graduation movie?
I want it to be kinda simple to use
The way I vision it to be is a bunch of pictures with captions

My computer has iMovie but I don’t think it has titles or anything. Maybe it does, but I can’t figure out how to work them.

I want it to be free or trial version.

Try Adobe Premiere, you can get a 30 day trial from Adobe’s website

It’s a very involved program but there are many tutorials online
