Question by Matt M: what is a good video editing software.?
i need some software for things like home movie. (make sure it can clean videos up.) and it would need to be lower than $ 200

Microsoft XP and Vista both come with Movie Maker. Easy and does a good job. Start with that for free and then move on from there.
