Question by : What is a good video editing software for adding gun shots, or mussel flashes?
My friend and I want to make an action movie we have a 50 dollar budget for the software and 12k for movie props and guns! Any good suggestions, for softwares that can add gun flashes, lasers, smoke, or anything else such as explosions or implosions?! I need help because I don’t know where to go!

50 bucks ain’t gonna cut it for software.

^that is your best bet, and it’s gonna cost you $ 1,699. If you have a 12k budget for movie props and guns, moves some of that to your software budget
