I have a mac and I need to make a video for a competition, the competition has a time limit for the video however so I need a certain effect for the video. How do you cut bits out of a video? Say your video has segments and you want to go from one to the other in like less than a second? Like when movies switch between scenes. It woul be best if the software was downloadable from the Internet and was free, even just a trial.

I’d recommend this Mac total video converter to you, it can rip DVD and convert video, you can also use it to edit video, it’s easy to use and works pretty well for me.
