What is the fastest screen capture program?

Question by Jen: What is the fastest screen capture program?
I need one that will capture flash animations and games. I want it for the learning skills class that I co-op in so that the students can learn how to make movies out of role playing games.

If anyone could give me a good web page that reviews the specifics of the program (hopefully it can be free, if not, I can perhaps convince the school to pay for one).

The operating system they use is windows XP and I don’t think we’re allowed to download firefox.

well for any role playing game a simple unregistered hyper-cam brand capture software will do the trick… but you will need a pretty fast processor to run both at the same time at regular speeds
just google hyper cam
