It was something like “a girls..”
The main character has blonde hair and enters in a dance a competition. There is also a mean girl that has a party at the country club. The main character and her friends obtain a birthday card from one of the guys, and makes hundreds of copies of it. They give them to random people. Later, a punk rock band smashes through the country club window, and dance on the table, it was a very funny scene! Do you know the name of this movie?
