I’m doing a monologue from the movie Trainspotting, (Story of drug addicts, to be brief).

What makeup techniques can i use to make myself appear tired, drugged, to have the general appearance of a heroin addict?

A good drug addict to copy off would be Mimi Marquez. Her hair is long and tangled, and she always has dark circles under her eyes.
