theres a few huge programs but there all made by the companies the movie producers have to pay to do there effects; they arn’t available commercially and if they were they would cost at least 2k, besides the fact that rendering 30 seconds of video could easily take over 24 hours on a single home computer. they have to have huge clusters of hundreds or thousands of computers all working on the same project together in order to render a whole movie in practical time.
